This is a very exciting time as we get ever closer to the publication of our book, BECOMING OPTIMAL YOU. The book has been a labor of love. This process has played out on several fronts for some time.

I believe that if you asked most people they would have some general idea that the food  they consume and their physical activity have some vague impact on their general health.

There are many possible definitions of Resilience.  A very good one that is often applicable is the ability to adapt well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, or stress.

I knew I had to narrow down my focus and I arrived at a close tie between Gratitude and Hope.
